Policies.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m.  Other times by arrangement.  No smoking in rooms or guest sitting area is allowed.  No pets.  Each guest room is double occupancy with a queen size bed.  Children over 10 are welcome to share a room with an adult. 

A reservation deposit equal to one-half payment due is required.  We accept cash,  personal checks, VISA and MasterCard. 

If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be returned if we are notified by phone seven days prior to your intended stay.  In cases of shorter notice a full refund will be made if we are able to fill your room. No shows will be charged full amount of the room.
